  Just went and filled my car up from this gas station. Choosing BP over the Z to get my wildbean fix. I ordered my coffee with Sahrman (who was lovely) .. he was then yelled at be some blonde women who yelled "we are not making coffees! We are short staffed!". The poor guy didn't know what to do and apologised and said he couldn't make it. To you, you horrible women.. how about treating your team members with a little respect. A short course in customer service also wouldn't go a miss.
